Create House Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to the House Tab
Go to the "House" tab in the application.
- Create House Tab
Click on the "Create House" tab.
- Fill the Form
- House Name: Must be unique. No more than 15 characters.
- House Description: No more than 250 characters.
- Country: Select the country from the dropdown list.
- Discord: Ensure the link is permanent.
- Avatar: Use an image hosting service like imgur.com. Paste the link to the image. Image size should be 180x180 pixels.
- Server: Fill in the server settings form.
- Fill Settings Form
- Server Discord ID: Enter the Discord ID of the server.
- Member Role Name and ID: Provide the name and ID of the member role.
- Logs Channels or Channel: Specify the logs channels or a single channel.
- TW Zone: Enter the Server Discord ID for the TW zone. Provide the Member role ID.
- Lineups:
- Lineup Name: Should be unique.
- Channel with Bot to Signup: Specify the channel.
- Role ID for that Lineup: Provide the role ID.

Use the command to verify your House settings from the website. Navigate to
/menuand click the button to verify.
Konquerus Bot User Guide
Slash Command is used by typing / in the Discord chat.
Menu_eng
Creates buttons to control the bot. Requires admin rights on the Discord server or at least the RightHand rank on ConqSite.
- Send the presence: sends players from attendance lists at TW to the builder on ConqSite.
- Quick add: manually add a player to the whitelist on ConqSite.
- Delete player: manually remove a player from the whitelist on ConqSite.
- Add all: adds all players from the server to ConqSite (recommended to use only once during setup).
- Verification: checks if the IDs set in the ConqSite settings are correct.
Functions
The Konquerus bot allows for automatic management of roles on the Discord server and attendance lists on ConqSite.
Example functions:
- Automatically add/remove roles to/from the whitelist on ConqSite.
- Check channel logs and player lists for TW events.
- Create attendance lists from voice channels.
Warthog
Function that moves a user through all voice channels from top to bottom.
Example usage: to move a player through channels for moderation purposes.
Installation instructions
To start using the bot, follow these steps:
- Create a house on ConqSite.
- Add the Konqueruś bot to your Discord server.
- Go to settings on ConqSite and set the appropriate IDs: House, Member, Logs, TW Zone, Lineups.
- On Discord, use the /menu_eng command and press the Verification button.
Functions available only in the Polish version:
- Create groups for events such as raid camps.
- Automatically verify presence in voice channels.
